Before asking CDG to improve , i think u better ask transcab first. Out of 3 companies i drove for , Transcab has the worst call system. i thought SMRT was bad until i drove trans.
Anyway improve or dont improve nothing to do with u? :p

Agree that CDG must stop allowing pax to put "pick up point" when make the booking because some confused pax will only make matter worse.
Just Building name/ taxi stand number/ postal code/ address is enough. (For above case "A17 taxi stand" or "Cathay Taxi stand" is enough)

One more here who given up on call, why waste my time and spoilt my mood for those who can't commit their booking? Let them rot, rot and rot under the hot sun.
This is something that the company or authority should look into, there are too much pax abusing the system, leading TD reluctance to accept call and causing those genuine pax having a hard time making a booking.
Since there are measures to ensure TD to comply to the booking, there should be measures to ensure commuter to commit on their booking.
Company should blacklist those frequent job cancellation pax.
1) 1st time cancellation, give them a courteous warning
2) 2nd time cancellation, ban for a period of 1 months
3) there after, every cancellation is a ban for 3 months

Hello! What do you mean SMRT was bad.
I believe SMRT pick up point is the clearest amongst all.
It always state the exact location.

I've have the answer to the question of why call for 4 cabs.
1 is to wait at The Cathay, 1 is to wait at Atrium Orchard, 1 is to wait at Plaza Sing and 1 is to cruise around that area to ask "anyone call for 4 cabs"

But hor u know one thing? Even if this call is a mistake , The CDG driver just press no show and life goes on, grab another call.
For transcab, there isnt even a fucking no show button! wanna go cannot go , if wanna go ,dun fuck care just press meter and waste $0.50.
so tell me who need to improve?
CDG still has the best call system but some fellas will wanna find fault with it. Try other companies then u will know.

Just last month, comfort throw a departure job on my MDT. On remarks they put : 4 adult pax plus one 4 y.o. kid.
I was like, WTF???? How can CDG let their own people break the rule?? Wahlan eh.
Too bad I was on the line so I couldn't take picture.

Exactly what it is all about .If u get those blur sotongs to translate those locations to those blur china girls , end day , drivers suffered .
Which location do you think the driver will go to ?

TransCab so far so good for me at Tuas once i start work , never disappoint me .

Earlier in the weeks, I still take calls for my own selfish reason. But other than that, forget it lah.Some more $2.50 bookings? wasting my time.

Have to admit that so many companies I drive for, CDG has the best on call, if you are CDG driver, make full use of it, dun hv to join any radio or walkie group, in fact, no intention to talk bad here, walkies and all these radios group are out of date or very soon, going out of date, with a smartphone, I can know nearly what is going on in singapore, confirmed or landed flights, also can receive call even if you drinking coffee or in toilet. To me, CDG is good when in a hot lazy afternoon when there are not much pax, just roam the condos and private houses, sure can get one. Moreover, you do not have to take the call if you dun want.
Today drove CDG, along sembawang road, a call came in, reach only, saw a lady going to AP, asked her if she is on call, she said yes, then confirm if her name is Ms Lee, she said yes, so why she dun board my cab?? cos her phone got a different vehicle nos, then comfort Siao (not xiao) mei called me, Uncle, where are you? are you picking up the admiralty pax, another taxis is on the way. I was thinking, what the fuck, knn. Then tell her, I move off, let the other cab take, knn AP peak period at sembawang leh. Then as I was about to move out, she called again, said to pick up the pax, cos the other cabby scolded her. So, i turn back and pick the lady. Now, how can one call get 2 cabs???
