The seat is very soft. Better then Sonata. But inside still cannot make it, strip to bare min spec. No air bag, climate control, no traction control. Only plus thing is the 6 speed gear box, auto headlight. Trans one very "kiam siap" no sport rim. Just now chatting with members while queuing and admiring LV105 new car. One of them say the car like our "Ang Ku Kuah" + a "Hum Jin Peng" on top. hahaha

Funny thing was , why Wish is all Red , no white roof and yet this Epica has got white roof .
White roof aw piang leh knn ....
maybe boss want to keep on with the TransCab's identitiy .

And still take back the more reliable Wish .

i still felt the Renault Latitude is the better choice .

is it as spacious as crown?!
so far from taking cabs, crown has the most leg room n spacious, not so cramped
hyundai is cramped n feels veri enclosed...

Overall it's slightly different from smrt.... Got a chance to check out the car inside out yesterday at pump... Overall perfect car to kill sonata speedster.... Big turbo spotted under the hood.... Cruise control is something I m surprise that the car is equip with.... Gearbox will be efficient as 6 speed is avaiable.... Equipment is nicely placed... For drivers that don't stay west side, this will be your new weapon to earn more money... As no downtime for pumping cng....... Estimate can do close to 700 km per full tank.... Emission will be even better than cng... As turbo diesel is a much cleaner car.... Well I foresee this will replace a lot of wish, n also increase transcab fleet..... My personal views..... Drive safe for all chevy driver as great power do come with big responsibilities.... That is to beat the sonata back on the street... As they always snatch pax by cutting in..... Ha ha ha

ACxCrown is the best cab if equipped with ABS, auto transmission & euro IV compliant. Sonata's seat not suitable for heavy pax, hard to get up once seated.

True true. Crown is missing these key features. But after adding all these the rent must still stay at $78. It is the cheap rent that makes the crown magical and stress free.

for new model taxis, i tot the taxi companies wil sign exclusive with the auto makers, like Comfort sign exclusive with Hyundai so no other taxi companies can put Sonata on the road even if they wan........ 4 me personally, different taxi companies with different car makes n models wil give pax n even ourselves as TDs more identity n image.......... like 4 example, most pax see SMRT "big black car" n straight away they siam or reject......... classic case of identity, brand n cost........ in airport queue of few hundred taxis, sure u notice those "big black car" 1st, rite?

Saw a transcab new chevy racing with sonata from Mountbatten rd towards kampong arang last sat, both speeding damn fast about 100kmh plus. Stopped suddenly near the two petrol stations when he saw people flag his taxi. Haiz, got the vehicle only one day and dun take care, Phui....

Then when Sonata see Silver Arrow ? Sonata became "Tail between the legs" ? Again so what ?
