The reason ?
Example .....
I've got this number , name : Mr Gary 81001737 almost 3 yrs ago 2008 .
Contract expired 2010, i terminated the line .
Then M1 recycle the number one year , suay suay Miss Cindy got this number .
It's normal , right bo ?
But hor .... Comfort system they dunno one hor !!!!
Ya la , unless Miss Cindy call up to change !!!!!!
But if Miss Cindy dun call up to change , Comfort will never automatically update in their data system !
Like that lor knn .... don't blame Comfort , blame pax themself for not keeping their profile updated .

For me, I dun care much about their standard as long as there are calls come to my MDT whenever I need it. When I am approaching Church St, call must come! When I start engine at 0700, scheme A, call must come! wtf! who cares about name right or wrong as long the pax dun cancel or no-show.

ppl damn funny one la. Got call complain but wait till they drive a cab where the MDT is like pai swee , for show then they will appreciate wad is call.
