In a dilemma deciding between Kia Carens from SMARTCab and Toyota Wish from Transcab.
1) How much is the rental per day for Wish? I heard there is a monthly incentive of $700+. Is it still available and is it perpetual?
2) How much is the current CNG/kg at Toh Tuck station? Are there any discount for SMARTcab drivers? Which is the cheapest station to pump CNG?
3) For Toyota Wish drivers, what is your mileage when running on CNG?

Rebate $565 ( $505 if 2 relief drivers attached )
No more new cab , only used ones.
Current CNG 1.66 per kg less 7 %
2.0 CNG mileage can be as high as $0.15 per km depending on how u run , expressway or city driving.
Mine is $0.10 to $0.12 per km but cannot compare coz i am a 11 pm to 6 Am TD.
Max mileage per tank can be as high as 290 km or a low of 230 km.
Forget Kia Carens la , u know why? look like taxi not taxi , look like car not car , half fuck. Sometimes pax dont even flag coz they arent sure if its a taxi?

no prob... err 1.8 ah? if im not wrong after rebate is in the region of $72 to $75 depending on age but honestly if u are the tan jiak type , take 2.0 u wont regret.
1.8 at this stage very old liao , cough a lot and if u are those that need $ , going to workshop regularly will kill you.
2.0 is comfortable , quite powerful ( lose sonata hor ) , more stable.

Everytime im there , my morale v low one. see everything so disorganised . no Q system , workshop to find one fella need to walk the entire premise.
U wanna take transcab , take a good vehicle and stay the fuck out on the roads. Go back only when u have to.
Want an unbiased view , listen to me, wont go wrong

so for 2.0L, the rental after rebate is around $86? Any further incentives? I am worried that they may withdraw the rebate in future. And also, is the increase in CNG tariff confirmed?

$87 after rebate. Why worry ? u only need to sign 6 mth not 5 year contract like some pu bor cb kia taxi co .
Many rumours out there la , one is CNG will go up to $1.90 per kg , the other is tat there will be no more rebates. if that happens , what will u do? and what will others do? Q at office throw back the cab lor.
Cheapest is toh tuck followed by mandai and Serangoon North Ave 5 .
Ok one more thing as a hirer u get 4 free rental days in 1 year.
