Checking to rent type of Taxi

  Generally are all taxi companies abt the same? All of them hv hirer and their reliefs. It depands on TD himself?

  Does type of taxi e.g. Nissan, Merc also hv abt the same net takings? Took a Merc cab other other day, Cabby said used to drive Nissan very siong got gear, driving Merc not so siong, but more rental ex. So ends up abt same collection.

  Sound logical what he said?

  Is there a thread here to compare taxi rental and terms? Call few taxi company, they not giving much info. Only SMRT was helpful. Offer me the $100+ Merc. Still hv to look around and compare.

  Any adv where to find out more info?

  I thinking of being hirer and finding night / wkend relief.

  why bother waste more time and energy? you should take the opportunity to go for the more popular Chrysler or take queue. Its an established model under an establish brand what can go wrong. its drivers are the classiest of all, can even say not considered a normal taxi driver anymore, more like personal limo driver. it may be slightly more but its more worth it. once you start and get some idea, you will never have to worry about earning potential. maybe at that point you will not even want to share with anyone else, maybe you find driving by yourself is much more rewarding than what others believe and you find yourself more freedom and time ask only the other limo drivers here they will tell you the same if not better
