nope, never ask him how long n how they get their licence in UK. MY POINT is : ALL THE FUCKER TAXI COMPANIES IN SPORE CHARGES US SO FUCKING HIGH RENTAL !!! GOT LOGIC meh ? London taxi fares much HIGHER but the RENTAL is lower than wat we pay......... It will never be found, if a "hero" solve our Traffic Issue, he will out of job very fast. He is not a "Talent".
Our 40+ years of history already us, driving in Singapore will never get cheaper, will never get happier too.
Once all are happy, they are unable to justify for increasement. ( they have no interest to maintain it)

every one want a car to drive... but every one dun wan jam, dun wan expressway/roads to be build to close to their house, dun wan to pay ERP etc... how? where do singapore find so much space to build roads?
