its like ASS think richard is rude, never wait for him to park properly, so must say sorry to him if not complain to company.

ASS complained to company that richard drove dangerously in carpark n hurled profanities at him.
richard submitted his version of the events.
IO's report: hirer was COUNSELLED that profanities may lead to violence and benefit no one n to be more mindful of the company's image and not commit such acts in future. As hirer was provoked, no warning is deemed necessary.
