say if your cab is picked for the installation (and rental adjust), or maybe eventually become compulsory for every cab in your taxi coy, and you decline, what if they threaten to withdraw the cab, or alternatively perhaps threaten to increase or even double or triple your excess in case anything happens in future? those that obediently install might enjoy excess reduce and or some sort rebate, maybe onetime or something
