  In today's ST page C23, TD of SHB5953A was served the a/m by a Hum G W for damage & loss suffered by the neligence of this TD Mr.Ramli . Interesting questions: why can not settled by both insurance companies. which taxi company is this taxi from why Mr.Ramli does not pay & settle once & 4 all.then move on as the govt always say"let;s move on " if he lost the case,& still no money to pay will be made a bankrupt,abankrupt can not drive taxi,so Hum is throwing good money for bad money.

  The questiion is why the insurance and the taxi co help.

  To answer, we need to know whether  what Mr Ramli did comes under vicarious liability or personal liability.
