Why again? 2nd Sonata ebrake in 1 week

yesterday i travelling about 50 in non express way road lane 3, about same 2.5 to 3 car space behind sonata in lane 2, lane 1 empty. then i see passenger in front left road side wave at me because he is waving at me and also looking at me not at the sonata. this is confirm, dont say i see wrong, becuase at first i also thought i saw wrong, i also wonder why until.. i think the sonata not paying attention, because it is still accelerating faster than 50+ when the time i already see the waving passenger. but immediately after i behind put the hazard lights, then suddenly the sonata like spot the passenger almost left side then jerk left in 5meters and ebrake stop from 60 to 0! the passenger in front was shock he thought the car going to hit him because it is slant from 2nd lane into 3rd lane. but i not so shock because i have practive from last time! so this time i already brake gently about 1.5 car space. if the passenger want to take the front sonata then i am ok no problem because i not really very hot or hurry, i thinking i have other places can go. but i still get shock! because that passenger ignore the sonata and walk to me and smile! when he get in he scold the sonata with his mouth and hand because he said he is really looking and waving at me because he had many bad experience with sonata. he said he very angry they always drive like crazy and very fast and reckless, he thought they are like more drunk than he is drunk passenger! we laugh laugh all the way back!
