I30 got blind spot like Sonata ?
Sonata has got the largest blind spots i ever drove , among all taxis i had driven .

True, very true, knn, the korean design car never look back one. Usually see sonata hit their break light or side areas due to poor blind spot, i notice they put an extra mirror and change the rear mirror to a bigger one.

When I was in Korea working in Pusan hyundai shipyard, their sonata is also use as taxi and private car, the speed they travel is alway above 120km/hr to 130km/hr on the auto way, all design are copy and redesign abit here and there to evade copyright, their motto, to beat the japanese. The korean told me, for Sonata, if you travel at 80 km/hr, it is under utilise, the engine will have to drag and get heated up often leading to worn out part, in long run, lots of wobbling and sound/noises. For them the design is mend for 100km/hr and above, if you are city dweller, you do not use sonata, use i30 or kia, only those work far distance use sonata and above.

i30......... info as i can recall
rental ........... $95 (101.65 after GST) payment by Giro deduct every monday and thursday) new TD joining i think is $96 before GST(POSB/DBS account)
Incentive ... no claim accident.. $600 yearly payout quarterly
loyalty bonus ... after 1yrs $200 2nd i cannot remember but slightly more than $200, i need to check out on monday and update you on this
no such thing as rent free for i30
so little that i did not bother to remember...

mileage ... for me average is 1liter about 16km, some i30 TD do better can get 17-19km. fuel tank 53l got one driver always run 1100km than topup
premium fuel rate is 1 liter $1.18
cashless ... accept all credit card(master/visa) amex,JCB
................. epins , ezlink......... only no nets available .. payout tue and thurs
So there is not much advantage as i can see + manual
only advantage is low fuel comsumption n the reason i switch from KIA so far daily saving on fuel is at least $15 compare driving KIA and sonata 12hrs shift
mostly sunday not driving or drive short hours, can drive to let you test drive if you want... only thing is i don't how to use PM here..... my email [email protected]

How do you know someone PM you ?
