  just trying to gain public attention,  already this is illegal due to no third insurance, hope can get hold the car plate number and shoot to insurance so he lan lan insurance kena cancel .......  LTA wait long long unless someone ask bring the matter to them,,, so anyone got car plate number let me know,  i will make sure they got car cannot drive,  cos i am dealing with motor insurance also
