  The story i heard from the two fellows is from gov-link company.One is from MAS, the other CDG taxi driver. The MAS guy didn't reveal much, only said after CNY.                              The TD said on March taxi rental will increase, sonata up $5, Merc can't remember. So, how true is it? Just wait and see.......

  This one no story lah.

  What is the rational for them to increase rental?

  Staff overhead too high? Spare parts price sky rocketed? Cannot play hanky-panky with COE prices anymore? These all are non-issue what. It just shows that taxi companies are NOT capable of doing forward planning. They cannot make TD bear all their costly mistake.

  Unless you are talkking about high rental for brand new taxis. Now that is possible.
