  This is also called job matching and placing scheme. However, all these jobs are full time employment, not contractual.

  Like you want to be a IT technician, but you do not know fark about IT, they do a matching for you, the you go in fresh, take the basic to advance full time, they paid you per week, sat and sun off, still can drive partime taxi, then when you finished the course, they place you on a company for few choices, you choose and go in to work as technician helping the IT manager, as you go along, you can go back and upgrade, and so on until you become a supervisor and finally a manager. This is the alternative route to success beside University education.
