Should i terminate relief?

i think basically you sit now and have a coffee with your new relief and talk about common understanding and both party expectation for certain things about the partnership on the driving
1. handling over of taxi - time
2. washing vehicle - don't say such thing like not dirty no need to wash, just put as who role to do it daily
3. sick/holiday - whether to cover half day rental or at a certain rate for both party
---- sick half day but try not last min
---- holiday up to few days
note.. relief can claim and pay his rental to you (no need another rate)
4. toping up fuel, what level is ok
5. dented or damage to the taxi (own damage) relief to pay full rental ?
6. accident - what to do
7. any unforseen matter?
lots of term are market practise, but i doubt anyone put black and white
there is few post on this matter and many lau jiao has also given their advise
take this as a guide while chit chatting with new relief.
during partnership, some time i intend to be back early, normally will inform my relief(night), sometime i ask him had coffee(he mostly take dinner outside before taking over near my place) talking offen will help to foster relatioship among each other.
sometime he help me take advance -- doesn't matter good trip/time or bad ( since i have told him to take if there is ) .

better to wash everyday... tis costs cannot save de...
especially the inside - add $1 to clean with dettol... prevent germs... protect ourselves and paxs from virus...

Both must be having the same frequency as you guys tend to see each other regularly (upon shift changing). Communication comes in and solve the unhappiness.

yah best to wash everyday, last time my wish n sonata i also wash
everyday except when it rains n my hirer understands. if rain for 2-3 days
bo bian i put $4 inside tell my hirer he day time go wash
