to add a. WISHs returning, they have to pay out security deposit and end of period bonus, like 1 year. b. some might argue operating capital should be from rent, but the default rate must be going out of control, revenue in is not matching expense going out, plus the original starting operating capital is mostly drying due to refund of deposit and c. CROWNs scaping incentive c. some might even argue, then how about new signups fresh deposits? the problem with RED is they are almost reliant on CNG WISHs and AGING CROWNs, like 45%-45%-10% (others). but everyone now avoid CNG like plague when its almost as expensive as petrol, theres very few (the keyword is CONVENIENT) pump locations and its relatively fast rate of consumption. AGING CROWNs are supposed to be replace by something, but firstly their cash flow stuck, plus secondly the new EPICAs are too pricy so old timers still not keen, preferring to stick with others' CROWNs that are still quite comparable in rates, maybe lesser incentive thats all. forget about CNG WISHs, their era is coming to end within 1-2 years max the way things are going. so with 90% income facing wipe out, how to survive on just 10% (MAXIMUM) remaining? so time to start USING BRAIN POWER! What happen when Lions go hungry? They start to look for Sheeps.

like PONZI scheme, or those Multi Level Marketing MLM, the RED has been borrowing future credit to pay for current expenses. like all PONZI and MLM, one day, not if but when, they would have to pay out, eventually they are reaching crunch time (WHICH IS NOW) and they have to find a way out soon. as long any way that can work, should work WILL WORK. i suspect whoever draft the agreement in the very first starting, already planted the traps there, just in case to use today, IF SWAY SWAY THE PROJECTIONS CANNOT REACH THEIR IDEAL TARGETS IN DUE TIME. whoever didnt run fast didnt run first, just like PONZI and MLM, are all caught up by the fly catcher from behind. so, MOD and your gang, hope you know what to do ;)

but heres some good news. becos of all the above and others, i also figured out their "legal story". but i wont say this openly, becos this is a super tip. good chance this very valuable to many people going to get caught by the fly catchers but i think already give too much clues. all i can say is think about what i posted and decide (fast).

I was involved in a 3 cars accident and i m the 2nd car. Last car bang me hard and back was damanged quite badly and when my car shifted infront it hit the 1st car, is only very minor damage. Come back office, KNNBCCB, they tell me 2140. They say the front car will claim this claim that + injuries claim. What the f*ck...!
Never mind, then when i collect car, Nia bei.... they repair every damn damanges on the car that was caused by previous owner. I m sure Red Gang would have deducted money from previous owner and now all report as one. They really know how to maximise all the advantage.
One Crown driver was infront of me when doing accident report. His car is only minor damage on one door when a car turn out from a slip road and "touch" him. The car driver told the Crown TD the taxi look ok, no need to pay. I want to highlight if someone can say the taxi looks ok, no need to pay, u can imagine how minor right. In the office, after reporting, the "in-charge" person say is a 50-50. AND..... with such a small damage, the 4 number come out $1070. I m very sure go outside 200-300 can settled.
Sigh..... now i drive with fear...look left, look right, look beside.

I really hope drivers who intend to resign , strategy your position before returning . There is various ways u can recoup that major share of the security deposit without needing to take away big bite from your pocket .
