What are the most common complaints /compliments on TD.

  Overcharging,take longer routes,do not know the routes drive too fast,too slow,rude,not concentrating on the roads,talking cock on HP,do not help to load & unload,give incorrect change,choosy on destinations,taxi not clean,brakes hard,not friendly(long & sour face)do not take pax on more than 1 stops,late for bookings. Complients are exact opp of above ?
