It is funny that the reporter that wrote the report defend herself that the article is still accurate and it is not her fault that the information is given to her.
So, it is not her fault and everyone's fault.
The standard and quality of the press need to be re-examined and improved.
The reader cannot be reminding the press of the discrepancies all the time.

It is the responsibility of the reporter to verify all the information that she is provided and writing before she released the article to the general public.
If this due diligence is not even practised, where is the integrity and accurancy for the rest of newspaper report ?
The reporter cannot be giving excuse that she is not responsible since this is what she is being provided.
If the information is inaccurate, she is also guilty of writing an inaccurate article.

The clown mentioned in his 2nd story that he sometimes drive 18 hours (instead of the 8 hours in the 1st story). Also sleep in the taxi.

I think the reporter should seek the help from J K Rowling to write fiction.
If the information is wrong, she should just apologised instead of blaming every one as she is the one who penned the article.
In her article today, she still insist and defended her stand even though there are so much discrepancies that were pointed out by her fellow colleagues in Wan Bao.
The taxi company should give her a chance to drive taxi for 6 months so that she can sustantiate her report and truly understand the life of an taxi driver.
I dun think Hasnor want to sabo his career through lying about his income.

One must filter the "extra ingredients'' added... what proves did Hasnor Hashim had shown her ? (by his words or by the figures taken from his taxi meter?).
Now that the clown had changed his story, maybe she will need to change her story too.

the clown already changed his story from driving at fixed intervals to 18 hours on weekends, even sleeping in the taxi if needed.
he also insisted that the $7,000 is for the month of May 2012, not every month as previously reported.
