Long term care plan - Something to share.

  Recently my dad had to be hospitalized due to a very unfortunate incident , it hit my family quite badly .

  So i would like to share something about making plans in case things like these crops up.

  I met my agent today to enhance my eldershield. Right now , for someone who cannot do the 3 basic things out of 6 for example , bathing , toileting , clothing , one gets $400 per mth for 72 mths .

  That is a very basic plan and is hardly enough. I wanted to increase my eldershield to $1,800 per mth but due to my cholesterol level is high , it is very likely i will be loaded or exluded from some illnesses like stroke.

  For those who are young and still can peh steering healthily , take some time off and speak to your agents about this. 

  Our line we really need to have a life plan , hospitalization and the eldershield.

  BCL is right now if one got no illness, better buy a plan, not the basic as it cover too little when need arise. and still wouldbe cheap without loading. so far i find the plan given by tenent insurance company better cover compare to other company have. even my own agent(HSBC) recommend iso of her company hsbc plan always feel free meet up with different company understand their product before buying, no need to rush as most agent of course want you to buy from them since they want to earn commission
