2nd suspension (if your 1st suspension is uphold dued to successful appealed, and went for theory refreshment) is straight 4 months vacation. (This is wat i understand in 2008-09).

Make a good driving habits, slow down before traffic lights and prepare to stop. Or dun chio if you sees red, RED hai si lang, like the Bugis Ferrari case as a reminder to all drivers.

Try to drive defensively. Slow down before traffic light. Don't think Green must chiong scare later change red. Red is good, can stop and admire the scenery.
Think about consequences. Chiong kenna photo taking still ok but what happens if one cyclist decide to dash across knowing the light going to change to his/her favour. Can u live with it???????????

I kenna because couldn't decide to stop or go. Travel at 40km/hr only. Heavy downpour on one side after cam side no rain. Actually if travelling at 80 > 90km/hr, I won't have my photo taken.
If u really hit 24pts. Go look for MP, they can help.

This type I will not go pick up, worst, one legs here, one head there, then have to collect back the intestines...haiz, once I have to put back intestines back into a motorcyclist stomach, died on the spot at BKE, knn, see his face still staring at me, seibei scaring. Another one, also motorcylist, after got hit by a pick up, skidded, head sliced against the road side zinc metal rail, whole head gone into the drain...knn, i have to look for the head, somemore raining, cb TPs came, saw the body also scare to find, then we shall the blood flow with the rain water direction, finally found the head. My partner put back, I stapled it in around the neck.

Does SIngapore suspend DL of those who have unpaid fines, never mind the nature of offence? -
Depend on what type of fines, if parking fines, under URA or town council, No.
If traffic police on the road offences or beating red light, Yes, they will charge you if you do not pay up.
As for any fines or income tax not pay for an extensive period of time, the govt can issue a writ to stop all your bank account and compound your passport, meaning you cannot even travel, draw money from bank or apply for any govt grants until you settle the bills, either one shot off or by installement.
