Make illegal U turn, KPKB n show middle finger but....

I was at Vivo city sending a pax to Boon Lay. Met this joker who actually make an illegal U turn and he kept showing me his middle finger but end up no guts to stop except got balls to jam break.

confirm there is a camera over there, a blue sign also indicate no u-turn before the junction most of this blue sign that say no u-turn on the road, no try your luck cos mostly there a camera nearby which will capture the illegal U-turn, no points but i think the fine is $70 at least TS, you can laugh cos that driver will receive a letter in 3 weeks time from TP

but TS if you want him to kena more offence, just send it in to TP the video he have, possible also kena dangerous driving charge also this one not sure is 9 or 12 point plus fine

Many have u turn and many will u turn at that junction
upon turning green , 2 (an APV ? and a sonata) have successfully made the u turn , 3rd one a bit slow so created some sort of fiction with TS
Used to have Cisco officers there to take picture of ppl making u turn (day time), but now i dun see them there anymore ...

u-turn liao still cut 3 lanes to go into vivo... den stop in the middle of the road... clear cut case of dangerous driving...
proper way should be turn right into sentosa gateway to make the u-turn...
but many drivers not aware of it... most tot need to go all the way down keppel rd till almost tg pagar complex den can u-turn...
tats why we see many drivers make tat illegal u-turn...
