These assholes shd drive a toy car only.. Charge him with attempt murder. Motorbike n motorcar r different. Car can stop when brake hard enough, motorbike cannot. Esp small bike. Jurong island, rush to fuck?

Few years ago..........saw a fatal accident along JI Highway while fetching my pax out.............
I remember is night time around 10 plus...........the volume of vehicles at that time only å°�çŒ«å‡ å�ª............
And this lorry and biker still can clash together...........the rider die on the spot...............when I drove past, still can see the body lying motionless..........
Sometime is just fate...........judging from the video, traffic also not so heavy.........don't know wtf that TD was thinking of.........most likely tio call and kan cheong looking for the location.............

No doubt taxi driver at fault here. But what also puzzles me is the scooterist's actions as well, surely he must have seen the driver turning like that, yet I don't see any braking (lights) from him or taking any evasive action on his part.
Surely he would know that any accident would leave him as a motorist with the worst result injury wise.
Whatever it is, it's not his fault but the lesson also must be not to take right of way with no consideration that others would observe it. If you can avoid an accident, you must try to do so, accidents are not good even if you're in the right.

I looking at the youtude. What u looking at? Yellow cab turn right straight away but not fast enough. That y motorbike crash into taxi. Anyway, it could be avoided. Of course la, if u want to talk abt the stupid law, can also. Afterall, u also dun give a damn whether the motorbike rider die or not. -

This kind of accident, lawyers who fight this case will always say the road user on his specific lane going straight is always the right of way in law. Anyone cutting lanes or turning that result the accident will be all at fault. Including any vehicle behind the vespa scooter.

other than talking abt law, how many ppl can continue n drive like that? Like nothing really happen. Only the transfer of $.

some drivers have to know what is "right of way" ..... that motorist has the right of way 100% , regardless of which lane he was in ......
When u are a turning vehicle , u have no right . The Citycab have to make sure he is clear of in coming traffic before he can proceed , simple and clear cut .
U MUST give way to on -coming traffic . Simple and clear cut .
I will not defend fucker like that , orbi good if he kena guntong for life .
He is again , our fellow time bomb on the road , this people deserve to be sack and terminated by CDG and LTA .
Not those who reported police about run away fare and eventually got terminated .
The lawyer who say against this ruling will surely kena criticised by the judge , if judge know how to drive a car .

i assure you that motorist will get full compensations !
And i assure you this Citycab will have nothing to defend his case .
1. Motorist has got a supported video .
2.Witness
This 2 is good enough .
The Citycab will be suspended from driving at the time being , while waiting to get fined and evetually guntong , so sad for his family .....

The Citycab ... if case was not captured on videos , he can counter that the motorist beat the red light and he is on green arrow ....
But sorry ..... he is on camera .
And the camera owner has got exclusive rights and as witness .

If the motorist made a left turn and hit him , then motorist can be faulted .

even without the motorist on sight , citycab still have to give way to the car (which captured the incident on cam ) which is going straight .
If got caught by any police patrol or Traffic Police , no need say much .
