I beeen driving for the past 3weeks...mdt ting ting ting, i all never take, rather sweep because the trouble of making way there, find pax, pax no show all is wasting time.

never take calls fr taxi stand,bus stops or hdb flats!most tai ko calls!take only fr condos,private housing estates but not popular condos like bayshore too many taxis dropping by to drop paxs!

nowadays alot of people call a cab & indicates pick up place as lift lobby/car park etc
then they will go to the main rd or side road & wait
if you arrive & they see u from a distance,then will walk over & board your cab.
but if other taxis past by b4 u arrive,u know i know bye bye liao

This is call double queue, or buy 2 lottery tix, higher chance to kenna ....
cause in case the booked cab did not come for whatever reasons, at least still in queue

when i was cdg driver , tat time flag down only like $2.60 ....
Booking fee was like $4 .....levy $0.70 ( blood sucker ).... that's all ....no perks no nothing.
Of course we take call lah ....
Cos we compared with people among us ( bukit Panjang kakis ) , and compare mileage and collections .... against our mileage and collection ..... we actually earn slightly $20-$30 more that's about the total amount of say 7-10 calls .
Now ?
Those guys dun take call lo ....they sweep with their Sonata lo .... 25% more for them make a difference.
No call , No airport , No pick n chose , no interviews .....
If got connections , calls they dun take one , sweep faster , no headaches for them .
Of course they are those people who can sweep to anywhere . . including Woodlands very regualrly at night .
End day .....they always relak relak more than those who take calls .
My friend drove sonata , 0 calls can earn more than those who got 10-13 calls each night .
Of course compare mileage ...... they more lah.

they got terminated not becos so many call, is just tat they cant let go. reach there pax no show and never cancelled, angry, send sms to customer all kind of nonsense. where cant just call operator and cancelled the call . go off and wait for another call.
