Here we have an article from the main stream media ..... saying hard to find relief .
And there , we have one taxi company , keep terminating their drivers .
Could it be some agenda behind those terminations ?

Aiya this 1 no need to say la. CDG when demand outsrips supply will try to cut here and there, and keep the good paymasters and newbies who tie themselves to a contract as a hirer.
Anyway when have reliefs ever been a priority to them? Hv they ever offered them any real benefits?
Sure there is some study grants and their so called carnivals, but is this really helpful?
Relief for them simple, collect the 1k (and earn interest) and the $10 fee every year. Other than that, you do what we tell you or f.o.

drive cdg don't know cdg system kena non paying pax, submit can claim from cdg lor, ust fully make use of it until cdg cannot tahan if there is so many claims than maybe cdg will come out some measure on pax

It is not an easy task to maintain such a high volume of Taxi in operation (means got hirer), and to meet the increasing target set by LTA (needs more hirer)
todays, how many Taxi Coy do meet LTA requirement?
This job, given to anybody with the right mind, they will focus on recruitment of hirer and wayang on relief driver.
It is the righ way to make it difficult for a matching, when poeple can't match, they sign up as hirer.
The control factor is given on my hand, if i don't use it........ i am not a Talent.
