So many new TD OTR, but all same pattern

Notice many new td otr, but all seem same pattern.
1. Become OMO.
2. Drive spilt shift.
3. Go in CBD after 8, before that go airport.
4. Spilt shift suppose end after 10pm, but notice a lot after 8 plus lembek prepare go home.
They all seem to have gone to same master who photocopy his secrets and sell them again and again.
End up all eat same pie same time and size become smaller and smaller.
Old bird td, in your experience, how long before they return key?
So looks like have to change pattern a bit, rest after 8, then chiong again when they go home.

nowadays newbie only as how to make money they see omo old bird pattern just blindly follow they never understand the real way to deal for newbie, starting split shift is very bad for health, begining they don't feel but most after some time felt the effect and start to shorten driving hour or idle more i take poolman as example, he rest at least a day in a week, exerise to keep fit as quote by him, still able to make 3k easily other thought drive night more intake, but forget the price they will have to pay some follow other drive split shit, but flaten very fast most trying to go short cut, not really learning the trade well enough to keep them survive in this trade.. take khoon as another example, do newbie know how effort and time he go on tried as omo before have his own driving pattern that suit him? how many newbie are like him

some will still survive and stay as it is still possible to make a living should their target are not as high as 6-7k for some, it maybe a trial and comparison to other job they have before to me, likely 6 months is the max i would give them to stay on

I also newbie, OMO, split shift. But my dinner 8pm, then 830pm chiong again till 10+ or 11pm..
But i drive cab mon- fri only, sat and sun if i need extra cash..
Weekdays afternoon and weekends i got my Mobile Application Development and Web Hosting stuff to do, So no choice split shift OMO.

What omo? What hirer? What relief? Make money? Has everyone got dementia? Or am I the only few to notice how big the surge of cowboys and Mickey mouse tds there are actively posting in this forum nowadays? How many of them got the 4 sway things from paxs. 1) kenna Fcuk 2) earn less (discount) or never earn (free trip) 3) waste of time 4) after incident maybe no mood to drive or low morale. Routes knowledge like tikum tikum. Swear by GPS. Most laughable is no knowing cbd gantries timings. When shit happens , pax is a cheater, LAN jiao pax. Cb Knn cab coy. Stupid lta rules. Cb yao gui td. Whole world at fault. But only the cowboys and Mickey mouse tds lose money or earn money the hard way. The worst are not the newbies. The worst are those who have driven for sometime, even longer than me. Who still have the cheek to tell newbies, as long as not purposely, it is ok. And they really believe they will always remain lucky forever. Wrong or long routes taken will be rewarded with tips from pax. It is okie, sure no problem one. As long as not purposely. These cowboys and Mickey mouse tds can't even perform the basic job scope of starting and ending a fare without ample route knowledge. Making money is a dream for them. In reality, they are making themselves to be clowns ( I know one driving a crown), fools ( there is one in this forum) and sotongs ( not yet Chinese new year, market has ample supply).

My house the multi storey car park ...everyday i have to pass by the MSCP to walk to my hirer's place .
Usually around 3.45pm i start working .
I will see the same old few vehicles parked there ...
One SMRT Azera , 2 Toyota Wish , 1 Hyundai i30 , at least 2 SMRT Chevy , 1 Silver Kia .
I always wondering why no Comfort or Citycab ?

Then at 2am when i handover .... i will see many Citycabs and Comfort parked at my hirer's carpark .
I touch a few , engine not so hot liao , some cool down liao .
Some TC Chevy parked at lower floor , meaning they were at the car park quite early , cos got space mah , those on top one , usually came back at about 3-4 hours before me , base on the bonnett .
So i start to imagine things ...
SMRT Chevys , TC Chevys , Silver Kia , Hyundai i30 many OMO doing split .
And Comfort and Citycab usually one full swing from 6am to 8pm ?

I felt Comfort n Citycab drivers prefer to one shot drive 14 hours .
Perhaps their booking stuff helps ? I would think so .

Tot tat Comfort would do 1 shift but my side 2 sonatas also come back in afternoon rest.
I'm not refering to these Lao Jiao td's. They are very experienced and know what they need to do.
After sept F1, saw a surge in taxis, then after mr 7k, seems like the surge almost tidal wave.
But in recent weeks, can see the surge getting weaker and weaker.
What bluerubbishkia says is true imo, a lot of clowns see the good side just come in, never learn route at all, until f by customer or lta.
Looks like a cycle to me, lasting bout 6 months, till after CNY, when biz spiral down then all will return key.
