First , driving reckless is one offense under Comfort .
2nd , wearing Polo T-Shirt also cannot for CDG .
3rd , reacted aggressively towards other road users also cannot be tolerate for Comfort .
Game over for him !

Aiyah, these kind of things are not uncommon on the road. I noticed you like to highlight misdeeds by CDG drivers, but let me also share that over the past month, I too have been 'victimised' by SMRT and Transcab.
In the SMRT epica case, both of us waiting at the traffic light at a junction (red). A pax was waiting barely 20 m ahead of the lights. I on extreme left, in fact I arrived at the lights 1st and the pax flagged. Then came the Epica, lights turn green guess what, the epica speeded up and cut into my lane just to pick the pax.
Transcab even worse cut across 4 lanes to pick a pax.
So these things happen, it has Noting to do with the company a driver drives but the attitude and his conduct. These type of drivers could easily do the same thing in whatever cab they drive.
Obviously we will see more CDG cases simply because they have the largest fleet. But these kind of behaviour can be seen across all companies, in fact even among private cars. Bad drivers are bad drivers ful stop, doesn't matter what vehicle they drive or company.
Heck even Skoda I have seen because of th enormous turbo power. Just because you and I don't do this doesn't mean, everyone will be like that.
But on a personal note, I think we shouldnt be the ones highlighting all the mistakes these monkeys do, eventually they will get caught and pay the price, like a Malay saying goes ' No matter how well the squirrel jumps eventually it will fall to the ground'. Unless they affect you personally enough and persist in the agressive behaviour like your Sonata video, then make a complaint or highlight.
If just routine mistakes that even we are guilty of, let it fly. We shouldn't be doing TP's job, ours is already hard as it is. Rather we should empatises as much as possible with our fellow cabbies irrespective of the car or company they drive for.
They wear slipper, smoke in cab, wrong attire, beat traffic rules, let all this slide unless you are the recipient/victim of these tactics and feel angry enough about it. But if it's a small matter and doesn't really bother you, let it slide.
Let the stompers or whoever elsewhere do this. We side with our fellow cabbies as far as possible.

Squeezing out without signalling (I dun see a need for him to squeeze out except that he wanted to overtake the van).
And jamming brake like that (sheer recklessness) and coming out of the cab like that in the middle of the road?
Got stress? This is not the way to de-stress!

Problem is the person who recorded this video did not show what happened before to make the Taxi Driver react like this. I dun think any TD will react unless something happened before hand. There are many private car drivers that are more bastard, they know that taxi companies will reprimand TD for any wrongdoing and they take advantage. That is problem wt video evidence, one can show parts that are in their own favor. If a TD really has that type of behavior unprovoked, then sooner or later they will loose their TDVL. Lets not help the private car driver get other TD into trouble.

Taxi left second lane , car third .....
Taxi just need to follow the correct lane and drive on .... becos it's a three lane turn left road .
The car drive his own lane , taxi drive his own lane , so clear cut .
Why was there a need to cut from second lane to right lane ?
And after u cut in , u jam , jerk your vehicle with brakes like that ? Funny ?

Whatever happen before that , CDG not interested one . They only interested in what happen on the video .
Unless that driver has got his own car camera to show and defend those allegations against him , if not , susa .
If such things ever happen to you , always prepare something , like record those conversation between u and the driver with your handphone , or even better , record those images via mobile phone .

A confrontation like that ...with or without camera evidence , even a simple witness can cause you to be sack by taxi companies or LTA .
One lesson i had learn ... want to act tough , really must see the car got camera or not ?
If there is a need to confront , i will put on hazard light , stop vehicle , and signal him "let's go road shoulder and talk , come ! "
I never will jam jerk brake like that ......
If camera captured me , putting on hazard light ..... and walk towards the civilian driver , at least i can say : " That driver signal me to stop , i just walk over to his car and ask what happened ?"

Another lesson , if one has got such temperament like this CDG driver , dun drive a Sonata , surely kena one .
Drive TransCab or Silver Cab ..... not that TC and Silver allowed their drivers to do such thing , at least TC and Silver would listen to both sides stories .
Unlike some company , listen only one sided ( with customers or complainant .)

Totally agree wt what u said. TD always has the disadvantage cause of the company, the company have the ability to sack any TD they want and CDG is always siding non-TD to protect image irregardless TD right or wrong.
