there r many taxi otr for u to choose.. y so persistence in punishing what u deem as faulty drivers? shd find more meaningful thing to do la..ar bo, drive a taxi yourself lor.. just dun turn into a black pot after calling a kettle black..

Throughout the whole journey.........kept telling me, they thought this, they thought that...........than I tell them, thought what? Fyi, You are sitting inside 1 of the 39% TD, after that, silent mode all the way, of course,upon reach destination, I'm very busy with my iPad............lol

i gave the porter wtf face than i load up and open the door,ask the passenger come down to check the luggage qty.
reach destination,lucky give me $4 tips,fare was $26($30 collected)
along the way,they think he thought,who comfirm TD are to load and unload their stuff.
i told them,yes,most of the time we will but if the TD have problem carry heavy load than how?

for luggage, very clear cut.. td assist fm goodwill.. for all who think that tds must carry luggage, pls dun buy air ticket.. y? no need to carry luggage liao..

They can buy air tickets lah. But dun take teksi, call those Shalom movers lah....carry you from the house to AP with trolleys on wheels. Dun even need to walk lah....Correct or not...

Ya when I am a small kid. Rem is $1 to use the boot. Fare that time is only $1.20 jump $0.10 so imagine the use of boot charge is almost equal to starting fare. But dunno is legal one or not. Cos we seldom take cab. But if need to take also carry ours stuff unless big items. Lol

There is auto help lah, ATM lor, kekeke...
Auto Help is more of graciousness that one is cultured or taught to be since young, unfortunately, our society do not breed that kind of culture, but that is typically our style.

While TD not helping could be he got back problem, sometime when we sit too long, suddenly jerk with heavy load can injure our back, so I guess that india TD could still having injuries and unable to help.
If the load is heavy, I will ask for help, but most paxs will load with us, of course there are exceptional cases like TD refusing to help or that pax refusing to load up their luggages and expect TD to do it.

Hello good son, your mother hurt until like that yoy also want to save money from abulance instead of choosing taxi to ferry here to hospital. You dont know hospital can call you pay the bills another day. You can also otang no to pay. In Emergency of pain and life treatening illness, ambulance is free. I got anyone at home with severe pain and need medical at once I will always call the professional to deal with the situations. What if really suay until no taxi around, you never knows. Just few days, ago, peak hrs, one condo on call at Boon Lay to AP T1, one ang mo woman with 2 kids, one 4yo, the other 2yo, 2 luggages, one big bag, follow by some toys. I helped all, cos durian drop mah.
Then reached AP, I help to down loan also, then have to carry her 2 yo daughter, she went to pull out a trolley, then she place the luggages, I one hand on the 4 yo, the other carrying the 2yo, knn..like a aunty with 2 ang mo kids, but what to do, if you do not help, she cannot do much.
Then I place the 2yo on the top trolley cage, the 4yo on top of the luggages, she said many times thank you thank you..and went in, really admire that ang mo lady, can handle so many things.

Today went to airport pick up 3 pax. A born in Germany Vietnamese, a S'porean and a Malaysian. The born in Germany Vietnamese, smiled and greeted me, pick up his own bag and load in the boot, the S'porean expect me to put her bag in for her, and the malaysian just stand there and look. This is the difference between S'poreans and european mentality.....

Our graciousness is lacking, and I do not blame locals but rather the education and the society cultured by our govt, it come to a point that most locals expect non paid services as they become more influential in the society, and because most being influential, had lost their initial identity and expect the society to serve themUnlike the likes of influential Jap, european or american, when they became well educated with good job and wealthy, they still maintain their own nature identity of graciousiness, respect other professional and take services as a help rather than a must.

anyway i tot at AP the drivers will come down to help? even if they dont, the porter over there who directs the passenger to the cab shld also be ard to help mah... if it is indeeed true that ts did not receive any help at all, there shld be more to the situation than what TS describe...

Most time, is matter of cum ki or not, some pax big packet, small packet many many, but cum ki, knn, automatic will come down and help.........
Some pax, one look kiam pa face.....whole journey waiting nia, waiting for what? waiting to fark each other loh...........
