Newbie here want to try out relief driving

  Got my tdvl  few yrs back and wanna put it into action.

  After reading so many threads, i think start off as relief driver is the best.

  I would love to know:

  1) how many companies can i register to be relief driver?

  2) what are the deposit rates for each company, as RD.

  3) if i register under comfort, i can only relief comfort hirers right?

  poolman advice : u made the right choice to be relief first , dun think to be hirer at least for the next 6 months . Omo ? lagi dun ever think about it .

  If TS u got money ..... for deposit , u may register as many as u want .

  Most taxi companies required relief to depsoit $1000 .

  So far no taxi company asking lower than that .

  Only diff ....

  CDG and TransCab allows instalments .

  The rest like Silver no instalments .

  Anyway u can forget about Prime .

  They dun allowed permanent relief , only like 30 days per month for each hirer .

  Crazy policies , prepare to get rot with such crazy policy , but there is still people who willing to do so , OMO a Prime taxi .

  TS, if you intend to do it full time driving then just need to register with one company will do normally you search for hirer first, then go to the hirer coy to do the registration only when you quit then you can ask for refund or unless you want to leave it with them then when you found another hirer of a different taxi coy, same process again take note,deposit refund time vary from each taxi company

  Not everyone is as rich as you to be so choosy. Some have genuine reason to join Prime.

  Ah Guan, premier no ting ting one, better stay with SMRT, if not you OBK like me.... everyday work for Premier, Shell and LTA only.....

  1. secure a hirer first then go to company and apply to be relief?

  2. apply as relief for few companies and can only do relief for those hirers from those companies?

   

  Finally, if i want to apply as RD for 3 companies, which are the best or easiest to find hirers??

  Wa! U put deposit to 3 company, U are not RD, but SRD.

  ya super rich driver..if can afford why not join all..then can pick n choose hirers after interview them...if cannot then deposit 3 lor... still cannot then find hirer first then deposit 1 oni lor...

  Secure a hirer first lah, then see which company is the biggest, go for it, the biggest certainly got the biggest pool of omo looking for relief mah, this one no need to tell one, common sense also know liao
