Crap lah this Xmas Eve , sadly it happened on Monday ...... Long weekend for most , lncluding my wife ...clear leave , took Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday leaves .
How to huat ?
Checkpoint jammed since Thursday ....
But tonight checkpoint and AP sure huat .

Christmas eve worked 6pm-6am. Never touched CBD surcharge, business district not many people, mostly all half day or on leave. Earlier called my friend working in town ask him how human traffic for the day. Orchard also super jam even near 1am.
End up sweep outside CBD, orchard tower korean pax complain many indian.
Did "ferry service" east side, went in Lagoon View so many times end up security guard look at me one kind, cos their parking system got prob, one time ask me pay $6+ for going i drop pax less then 5min. I act blur, never put in cashcard just sit inside until guard manually open barrier.
After 4am Butter factory many pax, bouncer stop my cab don;t let me join taxi queue. Ask me Farrer park then Punggol can. I say ok lah. Pax queuing they don't let take my cab, 2 old ladies, i think some VIP, family members of staff working there or something.
4+ pass by Parklane, many many pax no cab maybe due to rain.
5am shoot back One Fullerton, still many pax, now pax spread already not Q'in become like CQ fish market.
Last trip One Fullerton to Tamp st.45 then Lor Ah Soo.
Every pax i wish Merry Christmas i get tip, one i never wish but still give me tip cos he drop cake on my floor mat..
This morning after 6 am when i went grocery shopping, notice a lot of pax waiting for cab but not many cab, i guess cos no surcharge and nice cool morning to wake up late

Night shift ppl slightly better income that day only20 % more than the usual weekend night.

Pool night shift very normal ..... nothing fantastic .
Did only one CBD after 5pm . To Golden Mile , just nice one bus came back , sweep to Jurong East again .
My Christmas Eve all it's either at AMK or Jurong East .
At Jurong East , very fast kena go down CCK , CCK kena go Marsiling , Kranji kena go Sungei Kadut , Sungei Kadut go Orchard .
At Orchard run ...... exit Outram AYE to Jurong East ... like that .
Once hit town , run like nobody business .
Once 1am , then i lurk back into town .
I slow down at 3am , shuttling between cck , bukit panjang , bukit batok .
Reached home at 5am .
Never drive so relak before , one of the most relak Christmas Eve .

Last night i OBK....... Christmas Day, dunno where all the pax go.......

When i started driving a taxi , flag down $2.40 ...... jump $0.10 , plus midnight 50% , still only $3.60 fare ....
Town to woodlands max $20 .
Now with such fare structures ...... i deserve to be relak relak .
I used 70% of my energy to get what i can get almost 10 years back .
Easy easy .... U guys can thank god liao with such fare structures .

Singapore is like that one .
Month End liao ..... they can afford only chiong one night during Christmas Eve , after that , no lui liao , broke liao .
Must wait til 31st December .
Today til 31st drive relax ..... no need pressure one , cos u cannot do anything .
But do try AP from today .
Most people from holiday coming back liao .
But I will only go Airport if free .
Cos i know many will chiong Airport , what i think , they also got brain to think .
Every year end .... AP taxi Q very congested one , see liao also sian .

Normally last 2 year , Christmas Day we all go makan at YCK Sakura or Punggol Sakura .
This year dunno why no organise ..... forgot lah .
Really very fast , one yr past again .

But i prefer to go Woodlands area ...... cos got checkpoint and Kranji MRT .
Dun see checkpoint and Kranji siow siow , can connect trip down to anywhere one hor .

Cos many took bus come back from holiday .
