One junior called me for advice . He driving Premier Kia Magentis .
Cos one pax complaint he rejected NETS payment of less than $8 .
What to say to taxi coy ?
I told him : U knn know how to use the machine meh ?"
I told him i Poolman also dunno how to use the machine well , cos i never go for course , just tell Premier u dunno how to use , very complicating , can liao .
The best part was .....
What happen if this Kia belong to Sunny from Beach Road radio taxis ?
Premier call who to fuck once pax complaint to Premier ?
Sunny ? or that hirer ?
Beach Road Radio Taxi kiosk all got no NETS terminal one .
Talk cock sing song lah Premier ...... think before u call up hirer to ask .
And last thing Premier , pls do check the hirer's shift , that hirer could be driving 5pm to 5am ....sleeping between 6am to 3pm at least , pls dun call them at 11am !!!!

Just tell them this taxi belong to one taxi that do not have Cashless terminal ..... not being too smart in customer service .

Once u lease those taxis to Beach Road kiosk ( Sunny ) ..... Premier have to prepare for craps like that ......

So premier members , once Premier call u up to ask why u rejected NETS payment , if u do not wosh to accept , u know what to say ?
Tell them u belong to Sunny's taxis , all cash .

fark la.tell can say rental after receive the cashless refund? One week only. Sometimes cannot connection due to no response from host And most important is there is no rules stating drive premier taxi must accept cashless Why need to call driver.?

before you use those excuses, first time first, that driver got do NETS transaction before? If have before, then your lies got lobang liao... want to give reason must do it like Enron CEOs, do crime and still get paid millions and no lobang...

Ya you are right but not totally lah. Some company like silver I hear say sometimes will cock up transaction no money paid. Best cashless is CDG, SMLJ cashless next day credit to accounts. Transcab one delay few days but so far payment swee swee provided you also do settlement daily swee swee. But for some CDG relief I can understand cos they need to pay the hirer cash then if whole night accept cashless then they will be troublesome must go ATM withdraw money loh...

Can i tell my hirer to wait for all my transactions to credit back to me then i pay him rental ?Cos all 13 paxes all paid by NETS , cos i dun reject .

Cos i have $40,000 credit cards bills to pay everyday , really no cash to pay rental .

Their payment also swee ..... statements better than TransCab , but we are saying , what if we reject pax who want to pay by NETS ?In Premier , dun tell us we must compulsory must accept cashless , cos we are not from that company .
Once we reject , pls dun disturb us while we're asleep .

They dare to make it compulsory , pls tell Sunny's Kiosk they must also compulsory do it , cos we are all driving ONE colour .
Sunny's Beach Road kiosk can excuse from using , pls dun tell us must use it .
And call us for not using it .

The nets machine always cannot work one. Think that is e best reason to give liao. So many times reach destination then machine give me connect fail.

ya ah, my machine always break down lei. i dunno why my hirers drive, no problem, only i drive got this problem
i hoping the cab i drive [i drive for 2 hirers] will faster change to the new mdt terminal. that one the nets machine connector very easy to suddenly fail

but you must alert the pax before boarding that it's not working.
and unfortunately if you take calls, for cdg that is, you gotta be prepared to accept cashless.
luckily xmas eve, all agree to pay cash, because i told sorry, i celebrating, if you go cashless, i only collect today [the day after], so it wont be helpful for me. all did so except 1 fare with 2 chinawomen and 2 frenchies, knn go out clubbing go back tiong bahru, ten dollars also dont have, phui...

Everytime ppl tell me wanna use nets or credit card upon reaching destination, i told them 3% surcharge for nets, 10% surcharge for credit card, the pax auto pay me cash.
