Help needed , taxi got tow away .

Hi all, last week my taxi got towed on Friday midnight after I went home , prior to that I was in Tc office at about 530pm to pay them , they say cashier closed accounts already, ask me come Saturday morning, then midnight come tow car , I just got it back at Monday , was charged for 3 days rental for the taxi inside office plus towing of $160 totaling $460. Never drive still lose $460, already jialat they still whack me like that . Jasmine was out at sungei kadut for new car delivery , anyway of talking to her about waiving it off . So xiong to kena this , . Any bros can advise or help ?

Owe 3 days rental got towed? Cannot be leh....But hor you owe rental they tow car nothing wrong leh....

Dun think they will be so good to return you the money especially TC. A bit money face. If CDG dun think will anyhow whack the rental if car tow back. Anyone from CDG kanna towed before can enlighten us?

I think the 3 day rental he meant was the 3 days the vehicle in TC office after being towed.

Dun think so. Last Friday already month end. Monthly rental is paid on the 23rd of every month iirc.

Aiya no pay rental lan lan one lah. In the first place who ask him owe rental? Everyday drive rental so difficult meh? Or have money but lazy to go bank in? Either way I dun pity those who owe rental loh. KNN if owe 1 day then got 2 days then snow ball more difficult to pay right?

Ya.. this kind of thing..don play play..the big co maybe deeper pockets can otang,, others quite strict.,,then chain reaction...another problem created n hv to solve.. cho bo eng...cannot focus on driving low income.. then more problems..better to focus on getting income if poss...

I agree. U must be hiding so details and facts and figures. I do not believe that any coy will tow ur taxi away unless u owe quite a big amount in rental. Even if u have money problems u should always take care of ur rice bowl first and that is ur leased taxi.

only say after tow in , muz pay rental of the 3 days the veh stays in the workshop + towing fees ...

think i owe 9 days , anyway paid them 1k to take out vehicle, i though all cleared , they say i still owe 3 days plus towing of $160 , i though since no incentive no point paying promptly to them too . haiz dun expect them to charge me for that , i was wrong to go down late that day to make payments cos i was sending my broker back to office after closing a car deal . haiz. superb sianz. . .

took it back ystd already . still fuming . ystd started work at 5pm due to delays at tc office, after that pump $50 of petrol grade 92 . all the way work till morning 730m reach home . now going to bathe and sweep le .

In TC rules and regulation ...... otang 8 days and above , they have the right to tow liao .
U can read from the agreement u signed .
8 days written big big , simple simple .
I forgotten lah , think if u otang 4 days and above , u'll lose all your CNG benefit .

During my time when everyone throwning back the keys , my friend otang total $2200 in rental .
A staggering 22 days rental , until the day he got towed , waiting for them to come only .

At t2 q up after dropping pax , went dinner at canteen . Suddenly so many taxis q up till main road . All along I missed out on CBD surcharge from 5-6pm . Cos just now took a booking at Wilkie edge , whilst pressing the current call surcharge , city surcharge come Didn't press wor . . , haha
