tis case seems u heng to juz kenan warning...
late for almost half hour 100% at fault...
if half hour before... know u cant make it... quickly call call center to find replacemement liao...
pax book advance means they expect cab to be there before the booking time... tats y they pay $8 more...

TS bo gong whole story at first, so no comment, now more or less know what actually happen...........
CDG $8 advance booking bo "death penalty" one..........the most tio suspend, or worst come to worst, CDG will block all advance booking in your MDT........
TS you know what mistake you have make?.........your mistake is kian tio ho, ke kian..........
We, as a TD, need not mediate anything between pax and company, we bid the job, serve the job, pay GST and move on, if can't fulfill the job you have bid, jolly well CANCEL it...........
Yes, you did call operator, but you suggest to them what to do! Rather than canceling the job, you know that your timing already cannot make it, don't even need to call pax, let company decide what's best for THEIR CUSTOMERS............we don't need to kepoh on that............and just accept whatever punishment CDG will give you, the norm is canceling of advance jobs 3 or more time within a month, than they will suspend you for 3 months...............
Even G-Jobs for limousine drivers also allow to reassign liao, not like last time, and same, CDG cap to not more than 3 times per months...........
Always remember, CUSTOMERS we have bid in our MDT ALWAYS belong to CDG, our duty just to ferry them from point A to point B, full stop, how to trust those cb customers words? And further more you late by almost half an hour..............
Know all the consequences while driving for CDG before you make a big fuss on it...........Poolman happy only...........

And there's always thousand of excuse to give for canceling of advance jobs, common 1 are flat tyre............
Those cb operators just want to make their job easier, they won't fark care you 1 as long you don't insist to cancel...........
Work smart and drive smart............CDG are not really that scary...........

If cancel 1-2 advance call within a month ok lah....Bo taichi one....But too frequent will kanna again. At least call and cancel will not tio kopi. The most tell operator kpkb when you tell them some crap excuses nia....

advance job u take only for first trip which is near ur home!i also once reach destination press call,pax immediately cancel!wasted my time one hour for nothing!complain to call center,also they say no choice lor!

Ya, some see my crown from their condo or flat only, cancel liao...so now, when I take advance, before reaching, press arrival, so when I reached, they downstair already, no choice must take..hehehehe...but some still insist not them..knn..then no show lor.Aiya, want to take call, prepare for no show lah, sip kuan tio ho lor

My friend just got a warning letter from CDG ...... cos pax on call ( Main Road ) , never see his cab !! Hop in another cab then accuse my friend never turn up ????
Nabey sound ridiculous leh ...... Control Centre prompt No Show Approve , u may leave now , bluff one ?
He kena warning for nothing , Friday received letter , Monday morning bring letter go fuck the Superior of the issuer .
KNN no fight ..... cannot tahan my friend one blow , chicken feet , haha all the way ! Kena fuck until blur blur void the warning .

if you cancelled too many time for current and advance booking, also will kanna warning letter, but not to the extend of tio pok loh.........

Overall CDG system is not for you to play a fool, of course admin error must fark them la, especially those FT at operation room.........
Confident than take jobs, half past six type better don't.........
Pocket got money also better not take jobs........

This one you cannot fark cdg, because this is customer tactics in getting a cab, you can choose not to take them, because the MDT shown AP, a direct black and white on the spot.And if pax asked why lorong chuan cannot ar, why must AP? your operator listen wrongly and all kind of nuisance.
Just tell them, you actually wanted to go home your flora road private house to change shift, in seeing this call, you took it as it is on the way, now that in going to lorong chuan, you will be late, sorry, you can call the cdg operator and fark them yourself.

Pax chunt pattern, just call up driver hotline and cancel loh, if you feel that you have been cheated.........

But hor, very rare pax will from AP change to other location, most of them still dare not use AP to fark around, most time is 1 rubbish point to another rubbish point............
