Pls look for Chief and his follower, going there also can engage his services with the usual charges applicable.
It would be nice for videos of scenery of Sengkang too, maybe can see got good block to buy house, now opposition some say no good, maybe price go down.
I thinking of buying also...

Never so happy heading to so many Sengkang trips in one night .
Actually Tuas go Sengkang not bad money , $38 . Something like 40minutes trip .
Sad thing is after that no connections , must go to Area Y find paxes . Found one back to Punggol Central .
Tuas to SK smooth traffic somemore .
Travelled by all the 5E .

oi u take sengkang call muz ask which part of sengkang hor. rivervale 100+ 200+ then take , some parts of sengkang under sengkang west SMC or pasir ris punggol GRC one. Those 2 can bo chup.
