NTA adviser ANg Hin Kee encourage this , i quote
" He suggested encouraging license holders to serve as a relief driver for at least a year , which would allow new driver to learn from experience cabbies . These rookie cabbies would also face less pressure than if they had hired a taxi and struck out on their own ."

Taxi companies must come out such rulings .....
New TVDL holders cannot hire a taxi on their own .
They must serve one year probation before they can be allowed as hirer .

Anyone accident more than twice a year , must follow what CDG did , terminate cannot be hirer .
But i counter proposed , one year two accidents , straight away downgrade Scheme B , cannot be hirer , mus be relief for one year before returning back as Scheme A , hirer , hahahahah

Then more fighting on the road for pax which lead to more accident. They must understand. Taxi can be demand equal supply. If we come to the stage where anytime anywhere pax can get a taxi within a min It will be chaos for taxi drivers liao. A little inbalance is still alright. Just that right now we have quantity of pax vs quality of pax all because of the fare Structural Just like you cannot make all airline have a flight flying every hour to London etc. See what happen to budget airline. Quantity pax rather than quality pax. You get Lots of bad news about this kind of travellers

Taxi companies should also encourage one day per week , rental is halve , so $104 , one day per week like Sunday , $52 whole day rental , so hirer can rest one day per week .
Let relief drive whole day for $52 .
Then relief rest another day either Monday or Tuesday , hirer bear $104 per day on relief's off day .

i assure you , TVDL still a standby tool for many .... not many would want to drive a taxi if can , work is healthier .
