honestly i think this taxi driver innovative, and also quite smart, no need to intro himself to passenger save his brain power and saliva, ask passenger to read and talk to him only on certain topics haha. plus take the sweet and with sweet in mouth quite unlikely to complain him even if he make a mistake haha

i for me , dun talk much thru out the journey , so lets take it as the most successful effective ways to avoid getting complaints .
I nvr give drinks or candy to pax to shut their mouth , so i dun how one should do that .
i dislike such spoilt market innovations .
