Newbies to become OMO really tiring one . Sounds easy , actually very easy punctured , and end month , earn not so much like me .
I 100% sure u can't beat those reliefs here . In terms of income .
Cos we anytime jack kim gu one side .
We no face rejections one , kim gu surely face rejections .
U go and ask the Operation side , see if they can exchange , let us know , we try to troubleshoot your situation .
At the very first place , u should ask Eugene on how does Kimgu work .

so not a issue to change . sad is that they dum have old epica .. only new epica end of march .contract 6 months . so die die must stay 6 months.

Bro...i salute you for being so courageous to take kim gu as your first teksi. Yes kim gu face rejection almost every taxi stand...even amk also shun kim gu.... Usually if got Kim Gu in front of me, i know that pax will hop into my teksi instead of the kim gu....
Now economy still not so good...think of your own pocket first....

kimgu cannot drive like normal teksi one, must do corporate jobs, must built ur own client base by throwing namecard one, u r driving a 7 seater! kimgu is difficult to have relief since it is suppose to be marketed as limo service! ur stupid co. never told u that?! go and bang table and fark them upside down lah! lastly, newbie should starts as just normal teksi, split ur rental, lessen ur stress level, when u start to grow horns liao then better position to decide whether to upgrade or remain as normal teksi...

OMO is more like a crash course to be a TD lah.... Either u make it or just crash and burn......
Anyway to me, OMO life is more of 先苦�甜，
It is not easy, but with endurance, can make it one. Then driving relief will be a walk in the park.
I'm still learning, but with so many mentors here and in 湖镜...... definitely made my TD journey easier.

wah another one tio smoke, this is just their tactic to tie u down with them. sounds like any sales person that onli bothers to close their recruitment/ sales target...
make sure they give wat they promised...
if u decided to change to normal teksi, first is to get a partner to share your rental be it day or night driving... then u wun worry about drove until almost "long bia" like me when started as a kimgu omo... good luck!
lastly, i'm not saying split shift is definitely better than omo. it's just that different character have their own different style of driving... so u should find out which style suits u best... feel free to pm me if u need some advice/ guide as i've also been there...

told u kim gu suck diesel like a hungry and thirsty bull liaoz... every month at least 900 to 1200 more diesel than normal taxi (that was for my case lar, yours might be lower)
u need to tong 4 days a week, monday to thursday, need to do lots of airport job, go download cabs@changi app for iphone or android phone and learn how to q and where to q
friday to sunday kim gu no problem one lots of ting ting +18pts can make money, make sure you go do IKEA, MBS, TMFT and Vivo. mbs on weekends at 3am to 6am people desperate wont reject kim gu one but normal time can kena reject... my experience once kena reject, passengers behind also like scared to board, sometimes can be quite troublesome.
also are you night or day driver, i night driver 6pm to 6am so tactic may be different

since you already jump into deep end of the swimming pool, no use to say i told you so i told you so.
now just try to salvage the situation, change to smaller taxi or find another company with lower rental and also try to find a relief.
meanwhile hang in there and make the best of the situation!
SMRT worse coy always find ways to suck ur money!last time my old nissan going to be scrap soon,met with minor accident,ask to pay $2500 cos vehicle not economical to repair plus accident access!until now haven't pay butn use credit coy to threaten me with writ of summons and freeze bank accounts!

It never a contradiction in their view of management, first and foremost, MRT should not be privatise, it should be a public, same goes to bus, and SMRT then can run soley on taxis.
When you privatise bus and mrt, your objectives is to make profits, the more the merrier, but then buses and mrt are mend as a social infrastructure to serve the tax payers citizens. Not mend to make money, just breakeven will do good.
Recently govt put in millions to buy new buses, why not SMRT, where do these millions come from?? taxpayer like you and me, then why should we allow MRT and buses to privatise if the structure cost are borne by taxpayers like you and me, including your fuel surcharges, ERP, personal income tax, property, GST and so on.
In reverse, SMRT should let go mrt and buses back to the govt as a public company, and concentrate itself on taxis or other mode of transport, which they can be privatised, and more or less help to ferry paxs on those cork up mrt lines..hehehe

at TMFT always see them exit the carpark and come in again (cos exceed the 3hr time grace period given by TMFT) !!!
At VIVOcity, got red shirts people (SMRT) TOUTING pax whether want big taxis when queue is long ...
