Hearsay FT screw up CDG Call centre operation.
（CDG hope to get this kind of FT）Hearsay CDG want to save cost take in a batch of Degree holder FT operators,
after two weeks intensive training, this btach of FT start their Job as call operator.
(This Degree holder FT salary is only 60% of Singaporean ITE Quali operator)Here are some cases of the FT Operator
Pax call in to book a cab pick up at Home Team @ Bukit Batok
CDG TD MDT received booking at Home Team AcademyPax call in to book a cab pick up at Wisma Atria
CDG TD MDT received booking at Wisma AlsagoffPax call in to book a cab pick up at Yio Chu Kang Stadium
CDG TD MDT received booking at Choa Chu Kang StadiumMany CDG TD reached their booking location can't find the Pax,
After call the Pax and find out that @#$%@#$%@#$%%Later some of the CDG TD, chose to sweep floor then Pick call.
Some of CDG Regular chose to call TC or SMRT or LV.(That's the reason what Ah Khoon said Nowsaday some time he one day can pick 12~15 Calls)

It has been their practise to employ foreigners to be CSA .
Cos Singapore women dun want to work as CSA , pay too late , work like fuck .
Kena fuck by customers everyday no joke .

To be fair , Premier's call centre CSA also damn cock up big time one .
Two example ....
First one , caller call in to ask for a cab to Suffolk Road , instead sms sent to be Shelford Road .
So i went to Shelford Road , they blur i also blur .
Call here call there , it's Suffolk Road , wtf .
Second one caller call for 2 taxis , from Tuas , one to International Plaza , the other to Holland Village .
I bidded successfully for Int'l Plaza , they instead sms me to HV , i call in and fuck them upside down , dare to say i bidded for Holland Village , i said they page out 2 taxis , one to IP and the other to HV .....
If HV , i told them to cancell job , i am not going !!
Told me do not proceed .
1 min later tell me to proceed , this one confirm IP .

CDG last time also engaged pinay , later stage their switch to Chinese girls from mainland china , those degree holders who can speak simple English , but not every good English .
They engaged Chinese because Chinese can speak two languages .
Pinay cannot speak chinese , only English , and Pinay more expensive than Chinese .

Now call centre of taxi comapnies also headache liao , Foreign worker levy not going to be cheap anymore , sooner or later , they will have to employ back locals .

This farking govt still allow such standard of english to enter our top education insitution, I wonder why, English is alway set at a high standard during my time, english p6 also cannot enter certain level of poly. But today, smlj english also can go in, nabey, knncccb. Come here and erode my sex 2 english further.
That day, I fark one pax, knn, the nos 1 hated FT in singapore, indian FT, ccb, call already, no show, then also never cancel, lim peh call back, she said, oh, I dunno, i dun care, I said, fark you, you dun come and mess with Singapore taxi ok, then she said, how can you fark a customer in strong indian accent, lim peh tell her, you not my customer hor, you think who you are, even indian prositute at desker raod call taxis also wait, you call yourself talent?? Fark you.
Then just infront, one lady going american school, I told her still on call, she said she will take it, cannot get any taxis, not even call. Then I told her nevermind, I drive, wait no show come out, then I press meter, dun let the farking companies earn. She said, it is ok with her, reach woodland, $17++, she give $20, thanks and keep the change. This is an american chinese teacher, this is what I call talent with perfect english.

Govt in budget preach one thing, then then own GLC company like CDG or smrt do opposite of what was preached, knn.
You tell private companies to employ locals, increase locals pay and productivity, then you farking GLC companies go around and employ those farking FTrash, nabey, GLC should be the one showing example, increase the farking CSA paid lah, sure singapore will come in, to increase productivity, Singaporeans are nos 1, you ask any Ftrash what is productivity? they will tell you Eh...sell a product and make money.
Productivity is alway imprint into every singaporeans since the early 70s and 80s, our industrial was built thru productivity innovation, it had in a way, served us in many crisis, we all know the important of productivity, but the farking govt in allowing foreign trashes to come in, had sink productivity statistic to its lowest of all time.
It had make management lost their skill in productivity, because for them, no need productivity, just get a few cheap and young foreigner can liao, and in long run, these farking managers all live in comfort zone with ever supply of cheap labour to cover up productivity, same goes to cdg.

There are many early retired or due to medicate condition locals taxis driver that companies can employ them as CSA, paid them well, they are the ones who knows the roads, the style of taxis driver and the way pax behave.
CSA is not a front desk show face job, why need lady, why nid foreigner with U grade from manila University with police using hand as fake gun.
There are ways to put better food in many locals table. In the 80s, 90s and earnly 2000 before the FT invasion, Singaporeans are alway grade as the top workers in the BERI statistic (Business and Economy Regional Indicator), then how come we become like this??

today after reading this thread, purposely call and wait until operator pick up phone........
Ok what, somemore ask for postal code, if don have, she somemore repeated few option for you to choose........
Sound like Malay to me........ok la, see I can call and tio pinoy answer or not.........
I everyday need to on call 2 cabs 1, ok, 1 for my mother, another 1 for my son........
No problem leh, than got problem, call LV loh.......

TransCab's call centre is out-source one , meaning 3rd party employment .This 3rd party how they get those CSA , we dunno .
Last few year one forumer , she PM me for advice , asked me TransCab outsource her company to provide TransCab Call Centre service .
I heard TransCab call centre at Holiday Inn Atrium .
