all these r just words to convince or confuse ppl.. the fact is that during peak hours, almost every road is clogged..

are van,lorry,bus and taxi...
why pte car become the victim to be blame and paid for high coe..

aiyo, u singaporean? that because pte car owner r ku ku 1.. bo bian, caught with the pant down.. bus, lorry, motorbikes n vans.. most of them belong to the low end working class ( poor people ) very hard to squeese $ ma..
pte car owners, esp cat b n open cat.. who care how expensive the coes has becomes.. the mindset is no $ dun buy big car..
but, i think the main reason for the new measures is simple.. even silly ppl with coconut brain can also c that the main road, expressway, your way or my way during peak hour really got very little capacity for extra cars liao..
so base on the reason of high coes, slow down the no. of cars being put otr..using time to expand the road to allow more cars, later..

the one ki siao are the ones who lease taxi from them daily ...
