  U dun even need to report to SMRT .

  report will land u in more trouble .

  U taxi coy will ask this ask that , cos they never recognised LV call one .

  Any problem with our drivers , customers will call us first , not LTA or taxi companies .

  yah....SMRT dun suka suka anyhow report.....My friend kenna hit and run.... someone side swap him....  damage not serious to rear door.... he made a report to SMRT..... end up no car for 1 week and have to pay $1000 for the damage......

  reported already. operator just mention if customer call and complain. just refund the $1. guess no problem bah

  why sound until LV drivers not protected by their company?........

  please la, first time I heard such thing........

  Although CDG won't handle complain cases if their TD bid the job from LV, but as long you are driving CDG taxi, they are still responsible and liable for whatever incidents........

  cases like overcharging, so common practice in taxi kiosk, TD been terminated, why? Bid jobs from taxi kiosk can suka suka?.........

  knowing the rules and operation is important knowing how LV and SMRT way of operation is also important if it is a LV matter but you report to SMRT is like going to the wrong place leh

  SMRT don't play,play.they will make u pay thro ur nose,even for minor accidents!and they make sure  u can't claim anything fr them!

  members for hit and run case if not serious damage and can be repair cheaply just do reporting( police report/accdet report) will do for self protection but don't claim thru insurance to repair unless very bad damage anything accident which is side to side most likely end up a 50-50 case and still will end up paying excess, sorry i side track for members knowledge
