  some accidents can be quite bizarre one , esp involving inside a junction .

  accidents always happen at junction when right turning vehicle are allowed to turn right on green light as long as drivers deem its safe with such box drawn at junction.

  many junctions already cannot turn right unless indicated with a green right arrow

  Then this junction no issue leh .... i 200% sure this junction got Green Arrow .

  I everytime sent Jenny home will come out Ave 5 to go home from Lentor using Ave 5 > Ave 8

  clemenceau and river valley junction is also one that dont need to turn right on green arrow.

  tats why there also many junction accident

  Dunno which culprit created such chaos there ?

  Must be chiong red light ...... or chiong amber for the proceeding straight vehicle , where turning right vehicle proceed as well after seeing the green arrow .

  Must be like that .

  green arrow yes...but the problem is you are allowed to turn before the green arrow is out.

  commonwealth ave west and clementi ave 2 junction turning right to west coast and AYE.

  there is clearly indicated with a red arrow so cannot do right turn even tho its green for vehicle going straight.

  have to wait for green arrow than can turn. tat mean opposite  traffic is red light for vehicle doing right turn.

  conclusion: when u r allowed to turn right at junction based on drivers calculation and judgement than accident will happen

  If on coming traffic clear , no visible vehicle seen , it's good to turn right , ok ma to me .

  If got on coming vehicle , just wait lor ..... until confirm green arrow , then proceed .

  Drivers damn funny one , if there 's a need to wait , just wait lor , dunno they chik chok simi lan ?

  I saw 2 sonata like going straight ?

  Under what circumstances created such accident ?

  This is very true, like wat poolman mentioned, those who like to choing even when see oncoming vehicle.

  But an similar accident happened to me 2 years back at Eu Tong Seng/ Merchant Rd juntion. While turning from Eu Tong Seng (towards Bukit Merah) to Merchant Rd (going into AYE) when turning arrow still haven't lite up yet. I had a head on collision with another taxi coming from Eu Tong Seng (towards Hill st).

  I swear I didn't see him coming (probably turning from cross st at F1 speed) as I was checking on the pedestrain crossing.

  The other taxi brushed pass my vehicle front stopping over a hundred meter at Mmerchant court

  I lost half my vehicle's bonet even the front wheel came off. Just imagine if I went just half a sec earlier...

  The verdict was, me at fault demerit 9 points, cos that idiot got the right of way...

  So can anyone tells me is it our traffic signals flaw? vehicles should not be allow to turn when pedestrain light is green and there should be a turning arrow in all junctions...

  Some of these signal lights, knn, the green arrow very fast change one, come out only, start to blink already, ccb Philip branded signal lights, knn, maybe LTA chief and Philip Chio bu got some affair, no wonder keep purchasing from Philips

  Sonata is a chord in music, as the music flow, you expect cut left, right and chiong cabs, what to do, their accident settlement better than other cabs mah, it is true that when i relief for cdg sonata, I more hiong, but for TC, I very careful, cos nabey, the company sure cut cabby one, no way to argue

  I think is the 2 blue sonata n chevy involve...the sonata with the advertisement was only turning right squeezing pass throught when this picture is taken...cos 2 ppl is standing close to 1st lane,2nd lane 2 accident sonata.....just my guess.

  Yesterday afternoon, along PIE between eunos and paya lebar toward tuas also got 4 cdg sonatas, 2 pte car including a new big mercs also chain accident, toll truck..huat ar!

  Right turn green arrow also hv accidents, seen a few… if pedestrians/or bicycles jaywalk on redman ,,, seow liao.
