Since ....after Budget 2013 .
Funny , for the whole of 2012 never see car park attendants at my house the coffee shop check for coupons .
After Budget 2013 , everyday see tag team walking basically every single multi storey carpark .
My house MSCP , coffee shop , Keat Hong Market MSCP .
So beware , put coupons when go urine , makan , drink kopi at any HDB car park , now like full force .

Since i drove a Skoda .........before Budget 2013 .
Saturday park at my house MSCP go back see soccer , never kena tickets .
After Budget 2013 , one month kena twice , once just about to kena , just a few cars away before i kena , anyway $30 nia , never put coupon .

Not only at CCK , other HDB flats also got see motorbiker attendant in pairs searching one by one for illegal parking .
Sunday also never spare .
Handicap lot , always saw tickets infront of windscreen for some cars this year .

Best it's ERP entry type of car park or MSCP .

Last week relief until very tired, when up one MSCP with no ERP gantry to sleep along stirling road, one malay's guy parking attendant came, knock one my window, I woke up and said, sorry to him, will drive off, thank you for not booking me, then he said, no lah, Uncle, got cigarette or not, can spare one...nabey

All along I don buy season parking for my MSCP... I only put 50cts coupons on some nights I think they will come n check....quite lucky from Jan 2012 until now only 1 x $20 fine.. believe it or not ! My relief oso very surprised....I kenna more summons when outside/other places...

My colleague who drive Maxi say he saw LTA, as in those ROV big motorcycle like TP come patrol MSCP and give summon.
gibe summon to who? Those car with reflective car number plate, illegal modification and add on of LED lights...
very on now, even on expressways now.. U always see them catch lorry.. Those TDs who add LED lights, it's advisable to off it on expressways.. Caught means $50 fine..

Than if park at your own house MSCP, buy season la........
Some type of money cannot save 1........
$30 fine, can buy 3 booklets of $0.50 coupon, 1 booklet $10, can park for 10hour, 3 booklets can park for 30hour.........don't let our Goberment earn easy money lor.........

when I buy season parking...always tempted to go back to rest..etc..make me earn less oni....not like some ppl so discipline....lol -

Your home is your home mah, 1 driver better buy season lor.......
Even 2 drivers, advisable is to buy also, sometime 1 driver come back early, inform the other driver, than leave the taxi in carpark without tearing coupon, than the other driver take his own sweet time to start shift, than sway sway tio summon, the rest you can imagine, argue with each other until face green green lor.........

As for season parking .....If one driver start at 5pm , reached car park at 5am , hirer waiting at 5am ................. the when 5pm , relief waiting at car park at 5pm , i seriously don't think there is any need to buy season parking .
In the event either hirer or relief late to takeover shift , just a simple sms to place a $0.50 coupon to avoid the full fine of $30 , why not ?

my relief old man....collect cab quite late around 7am....but so far many yrs liao hardly get ticket....n we nvr argue over this thing...any ticket within yr shift timing is yr baby lor...somtimes in his timing but borderline I wl settle for him oso. it also depend on whether yr MSCP is "active" or not...for mine really not worth buying...but then saw news saying all Mscp will be converted to auto sooner or later..

There's once, over kopi talk, this friend of mine kpkb tio summon at his home carpark, curst Goberment like nobody business, ask him why your own carpark don't buy season, he say LJ la, donate money to Goberment for fark, than I ask him again, why afternoon he go home? Knn, play mahjong........
SMLJ also he gong 1........want to save money buy season, want to go home play MJ, don't want to tear coupon, don't want to tio summon, in life got so good meh?.......

Yalor, some hirer really cannot see open, never buy season parking, then, knn, MSCP park until the top open floor to evade parking attendent, then no lift somemore, lim peh climb until leg also wobbles..knn -

Than nowadays season parking lots will occupy first few storey, reach home must go round and round, red lot got space lan lan also cannot park, si beh jiak lut leh.........
