Got to know someone who advised me to drink fruit juices.Not those normal smoothies mind you, but a blend of fruits and vegetables that you're supposed to make yourself at home, 6 cups a day, resulted in a horrible horrible flare up, which was supposed to happen and a sign that your body is 'expelling' the toxins. After that flare up, things really picked up for the better, and from ~95% of eczema skin I'm down to about 10%, and doctors certify me as more or less in good condition. So if anyone wants to try it out, the recipe for the fruit juice is:
Beet root
corn
avocado (with half of the seed)
flaxseed
carrot
strawberries
parsley(english)
grapes (impt* with seeds, not seedless!)
oranges
some ginger
dash of coconut oil
mineral or distilled water
wolfberries as well (the type tts supposed to be good for your eyes)
the quantities of the ingredients are adjustable, just that they do need to be there. Hopefully this helps everyone as much as it helped me.

It seems there is no way to avoid all things that trigger can eczema. Even fatty fish can cause eczema......
