4 yellow lines at Rochor- double summon for illegal parking?

Surprised to see two double yellow lines along Rochor Road, located underneath the overhead bridge between Rochor Centre and Fu Lu Shou Complex.
he saw the two double yellow lines at about 11.30am last Saturday (Mar 25).
"I saw this 'double' double yellow lines along Rochor Road between Rochor Centre and Fu Lu Shou Complex.
"Are the authorities trying to double enforce or double emphasise on parking enforcement and does it mean double summons too?
"Or is it an oversight of the construction? Already feed back to LTA for their information."
