Comfort drivers r the best?

  Guys, I have meet some passengers.

  They told me in terms of service levels & call efficiency, they rate comfort as #1.Some of them even went to the extent of boycotting other cab company.

  Will this push drivers to sign up for comfort? Considering their call rates and popularity.

  One day pick up a Guest from Apple tree to Oxley.

  Along the way Chat with the Guest, When talk about Singapore Taxi, He give a very “SHARP" remark about CDG Taxi: I am now 60+, I been going around for about 40 Years.

  Singapore Comfort Taxi is the world most effective Taxi, I work in ORQ, Every day I NEED to take at least 15~30 Mins for Taxi @ the ORQ Taxi Stand. But when I use my iPhone Apps to Book a Comfort Taxi, In less than 30 Sec, They appear in front for me. So amaze, I always share this legend with my friend.

  I told them, In Singapore you can't wait for Taxi @ the Taxi Stand, because it take years for you to get them, You just need to spend additional $3.30 to Call a Cab, They will immediately appear in fornt of you. My friend working in Global Traveler magazine said he will write a topic about this legend.

  I think the praise is more on the company than the driver

  Driver mostly all same same one lah, join here and there, not much different, the key is when pax complain about driver to TC or silver, mostly these companies bo chap.

  But when pax complain to Cdg, driver tio warning or tio pok, then cdg will write an apologise letter that they had deal with the driver and more importantly...give free taxi vouchers.

  its about paying a premium to ensure u get what u want, else u can just join the queue

  But last night at chicken centre , my pax to Simei one now he no longer call for a Comfort , he has switch camp to SMRT ......

  He hate to call for a CDG taxi in the morning .

  He asked me : " Which call centre are u from ?"

  "No bad , one call , 1 min u are here !!! "

  I said : " We are from Lake View , a very low profile call centre , cater to certain people with affordable prices ."

  hahahahah he agree , need to be low profile , so he can get a cab .

  A very common word from pax I try to book for a taxi for. 30mins. But still. Cannot get one Why? Comfort driver play hide and seek Why? Because CDG say call equal extra income, written black and white at CDG office

  CDG driver are the best....I agree, because they LAN LAN....

  I can choose and pick my pax and my route can they? I can chase pax down my cab if buay gam can they?  Of cause cannot lah if not tio pok....So LLST tolerate all the nonsense loh....Loll

  that means i also the best although driving sucks,routes also still not familiar and drive too slow.bookings always late!and using GPS plus Samsung galaxy tab2 with google map
