  Hi Guys,

  I have source a dual cam DVR, high resolution of 1080p, wide angle front camera, infra red rear camera and with audio. Have tested it out today and quality is not bad. It is using Samsung's Technology and is China made.

  For the rear view video clip, please PM me for the link as it is a little sensitive to post here. 

   

  Clips are recorded in 2 files, front and rear each separate file as what you see in the clip. Rear view cam not 1080p. A class 10 microsd card is recommended to prevent hanging of the write function to the card. Max card size supported is 32GB. 16GB card can record about 5 hours of footage.

   Angle of camera is about 130 degrees @1080p and 158 degrees @ 720p. You can see the difference in the 2 clips.

   

  Price is $170 with installation exclude memory card. 

  Option : 32GB microsd class 10 card @ $32 with local lifetime warranty. 

  I am organising a group buy to get a better price, @ $155 but minimum 15 units required.

  Sorry..might sound stupid..the wiring to the rear, how to install? And the wiring to the power plug??

  Actually I am curious....if the attacker saw the DVR and snatch it away or take out the mem card then also no evidence liao. And you will lose the DVR leh. Unless install in a discreet location. I think DVR is only good when involve in an accident or take video of errant motorist.

  The screen mode can be selected or even turned off..... you free come out i show u lah.....

  Alternative, there are separated DVR units, but more expensive and more wiring.
