Sometime, I really like to ask, How we TD act, the Public is watching us.
As what many General Public claim: We are world BEST Airport, TD attire 。。。。。。
BUT Singapore oso World Safest country, Why every week at least 2~3 TD Kena whack,
General Piblic never complaint affect Singapore image. -
All taxi companies must give Grooming / Attire benefit .....
Once infringe this attire code , confiscate the benefit .

i came across this guy once at T2 , pardon me but i think he is a farking clown and a nuisance.
Besides putting his feet on the door while moving in Q , he kept sounding his horn to the tune of football cheers

Grooming for fark? after 6 hrs, all grooming also melted liao..hair down, face green, hand shaking for stout liao...still grooming meh?Most important is Taxi companies give discount 1st party share option for drivers. Like this automatically, TD will drive with more pride, more courteous, and more well groomed.
With discounted shares that you can sell or keep or buy again, you become part of the ownership of the company, as such, you will feel more owned, more related and certainly, better care with a sum of money which will be growing by your effort till old age.
By giving shares to driver, taxi companies image will sure improve, services will be much better, and driver will work hand in hand with companies to improve the profit, it is a win win situation, that Farking NTA should be look at this seriously.
