  Before that my cab was using those sucking plate type of DVR but many time, it just drop off.

  After think of buy this.
  (But I dun like those 2 in 1 or 3 in 1 Stuff, because when one function spoiled, sometime the whole unit can't used)

  So finally get two of this 

  Installed it on my cab in this manner 

  the lower Cam with camera facing out recording the road condition and the upper Cam with camera facing in recording the activity inside my cab.

  

  And where the lady Pax complaint: Uncle! Your camera Invasion of my privacy.

  

  Then I just flod down a cover to block the whole upper camera.

  

  Most of the time for those FT (Man or Lady) nobody complaint, So far only local OL like to kpkb. (It's better dun Quarrel with them)

  The best is when you take those Ah Neh or some may want to cheat fare, when they see the camera, they sure ask: Uncle what is that, then you just tell them。。。。。 and if they kpkb, you just tell them : Sir if you not happy you can go down now 。。。。

  Privacy ? MRT and buses every part also cameras , privacy ? "

  They complaint LTA i also not scared .

  I show LTA those happenings on newspaper this 2 months .

  I saw one from China , second camera not attached to the main unit .

  Camera USB cable type , windscreen camera got usb port .

  Hide the camera somewhere else ..... pax cannot see .

  But i dun like , i like both lens attached into one camera .

  I dun like to hide here hide there those lens . See those cables damn sian one .

  For security purposes ...... with videos will be better than without video when report to the Police for crimes .

  It's a risk worth taking because our life at risk when we driving night shift .

  just like any developed country , the richer the country , the rich poor gap is getting wider , so wide we night shift will have more hazards than before .

  5.13m people will have more problems than 3.5m people in 2000 .

  I dun need much cos i seldom drive until 5am , most i drive til 3am .... 3.45am to 5am has got the highest number of crime committed by commuters on cabbies according to crime news reported on newspaper thru out the years .

  huh ? wat privacy u expecting in a cab ? u cum in decently n u get out decently. There r times some kwai lan clowns will asked :

  Pax : " Uncle, ur video cam in front record wat wan har ?"

  Me : "The moment u step into the cab, everything is recored until now"

  many ways to handle it what i did when i have a rotating len first point towards pax when they the taxi, for few seconds than i will rotate to ensure their face taken liao then i rotate back to the front, mostly this is done in the night not much need for the day driving, especially when you are picking those kind of "passenger" As long you point the right angle, their face and not other private , got nothing to scare about, and mostly night time especially the after midnight, you think those pax bother to look around? use it properly, no need to scare about it, i spoken to LTA officer(face to face at LTA office) about this in car DVR they also given me their view on how they will handle it next coffee session of gathering i will share more what they told me, they also given me their view on it should there be complaint

  Ya lah everywhere also get camera. Bus got MRT got shopping mall got office building life lobby got most life inside also got HDB estate also some got ATM machine confirm got.

  KNN if got kuai lan pax ask me why got camera I tell pax if buay song then you dun work loh, stay at home loh, dun go ATM withdraw money dun go bank draw money. SMLJ privacy. CCB
