Anything wrong to reject Pax to SAFTI if need to change pass

I will refuse to drive pax to SAFTI if i need to change pass. This place is totally a hazarous place for TD as we need to park some distance from the pass office and walk through a uncover walk way to change 2 times of pass (in & out). Under this type of Hot weather and raining day, you expect TD to walk a distance to change pass just because the pax want to go in....! Worst is the pax still want to sit inside the aircon cab while you change pass. Crazy lah. Our job is to send Pax from point A to B. Period. You don't expect TD to walk in and out of taxi under the sun or rain and queue inside the pass office to change pass (x2). I know some will say...aiya..is TD job. You become TD you must accept it. I would like to ask this person, if the TD fall sick within the next 24hrs, are you willing to pay for his medical fee, rental and loss of income. Some of the TD are in late 60s or even 70s yrs old. I believe TD has its rights. If we quiet quiet....all will lan lan. Your views pls...!

because your tvdl also can be use for exchange pass a rule that tds must bring along or have it with them while driving on the road if not pax complain you use this reason lta will not accept it still will be penalise back to the basic, to be a td be prepare to drive shit unless you got a better way to handle it to tell your pax that you can only stop at pass office to drop off

as long as u reject pax, with a good excuse, before u move off its ok..

its a little more troublesome than jurong island.
if pax got staff pass and u worry pax touch your stuff in the cab, ask pax to wait outside the cab, lock up the vehicle.
u can always quote u got a bad experience with pax that got itchy hands

Very true, but how many security guards or in this case Army will have presence of mind to ask abt TVDL, they usually ask for IC or DL, if you say dun have, they also LL, tell you must stop outside, stop outside lor.
The last time I went to SAFTI didnt have all this, now if got, I also will skip and tell pax must walk in themselves.
At Gombak, I remember going, that 1 they ask, but you needn't leave your vehicle can exchange at the guard post.

not the security guard i mean, it is the pax who may not be happy and possible on this issue, ........ kena one lan sai pax and that's it especially if complain direct LTA -

The other Cos, wont bother. I was just talking to a friend who drives red and we were comparing our companies. CDG everything also will entertain, even help provide MDT data. Like my friend drive red say, Red, maybe even the PM complain also they f care. (of course PM they will sure kalang kabut, but generally ordinary people complain they f care)
As for LTA, yes that's a bit sticky, but if you have a very good excuse ( what excuse that 1 must think) and if the pax don't go down personally, there's usually little that they will do, other than give you a verbal warning. But of course who wants to take the risk with LTA?

how about we all make it difficult for them....request pax to get down frim taxi/aircon, while we change pass...say bad experience...previously lost cash...but pax denied....so to avoid misunderstanding. that place make it so inconvenient for tds...the last time i sent, the area was packed wif taxis. ..veh waitg to change pass...we try to emulate lor

I think most servicemen we send there, will alight at guard house after we explain the whole inconvenience.
As for calls, if the pick up is outside on the main road or before guard house, then no issue, but if must go in, then we must decide if we want to endure the hassle before accpeting the job.
