Pax choose cab is their right, like we, TD also have played our customer role, we go buy foods, we can also choose which stall or which shop, so for that matter, be it because of mode of payment, starting fare or newer cab and so on. It is up to pax.
When I drive crown, I was rejected many times, even cbb PRC also reject me, tourist also reject me, all these epi fall epical and seibei song sonatas take many of my paxs, but what to do, just hv to tell myself, if there is not much price different between Gucci and NTUC extra, you choose which?
And then at the end of the day, you get cheaper rental, take cheaper cheapo pax and eat cheap food. And while I eat, I use to think, if cannot beat them might as well join them, so now I also drive a sonata.

I understand that Comfort flag-down is $3.20 which is cheaper than the red or whatever colour.If the passenger queue is quiet,i will choose e blue.
The so-called victim also show attitude,he should just give way and wait for another passenger, its the consumer that have the choice.
There is no rule saying "First come first go" for the taxis.

I remember 1 time in the 90s driving a taxi with the column gear, meaning the gear near the signal light and also taxi handbrake must pull and turn one.
Ah those days, your knee must do stretching before drive!
