Oh, that lady boss ar? she called me lau tiko..knn
I think because of the good staff canteen business at T2 and T1, somewhere at level 4 of both terminal is their staff canteen, like a hawker centre/food courts, more variety and more nicer food, pricing wise, same as any food centre in singapore.
Last time when I travel, before boarding, alway visit the staff canteen for local foods, cheap and nice.

I dont like pork, very rarely do I eat it, but I do like Chinese food.
I like Char Kway teow, I know many here being Chinese would of course choose the Chinese version, but if you want the halal version but exactly like the Chinese one, then you can try Bedok corner hawker centre.
There used to be 1 stall only but the lady boss had a dispute with the stall owner and now open a different stall in the middle, whilst the original taken over by the stall owner.
Now everyday got (before she suka suka open, and sold out quite early) except Monday I think.
